Modification to Development Consent DA-585/2019 under Section 4.55 (1A) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, to This modification application seeks to delete a single Concept Development Consent condition which: - Requires that future detailed proposals strictly comply with the car parking rates in Clause 7.3 of the Liverpool Environmental Plan 2008 (Liverpool LEP) despite the LEP itself inherently permitting variations to these rates through Clause 4.6 and Clause 7.3 itself; and - Prescribes that future detailed proposals provide for a specific number of public car parking spaces within the basemenT.
