I live directly opposite at 670 Chapel Street where there are already two bottle shops. As Malcolm Street is owned by Vogue and not Council, our security and cleaners are constantly dealing with sick party people on our pavement, and the area is becoming a magnet for out of control, clubbing, short stay tourists. We already have too much alcohol here. Please find a better tenant.
