Western Ave cannot cope with traffic now let alone add another 60 warehouse/offices. From 4.00- 5.30 Western Ave is banked up at Mickleham Road & it can take you 5 or 6 light cycles (or more) before you get on to the main road. Add another 400 or 500 cars per day & it becomes horrendous. Truly think about what you are doing to this estate. Far too much over development.
