If this is to be approved it MUST have direct access from the south end of Barton Drive where it meets riverside drive please.

I totally agree.
There must be direct access from Barton drive to Riverside Drive.
It is quite ridiculous and dangerous that there is only one way to access the whole of Gainsborough/Kiama Downs.

No Barton drive access road keep it a family friendly street ,avoid speeding cars noise and congestion. Riverside access would be safer . Also parking to be considered for south barton dr coldersac as already busy with daycare taking up all car spaces. With multiple new dwellings to be added to that.
