Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - We seek Secondary Consent planning amendment approval for the following proposed works: 1. Removal of the existing canopy fibre cement cladding, including the curved panel to the top and bottom of the canopy due to degradation. 2. Removal of all canopy timber fascia truss structures according to the latest structural inspection on the ceiling space, showing water ingress that has damaged the softwood battens. 3. Install additional steel canopy steel structure as per the Structural Engineer recommendation. 4. Install new FC Sheets canopy cladding to the same line and heights of the existing canopy. 5. Provide artistic, vibrant and fun graphics to parts of the canopy to enhance and continue the street front presence currently developed in Elizabeth St and Market St. The proposed works seek to retain the existing canopy depth and heights and remove any current safety risks. All existing façade under the canopy will remain and receive a new paint finish.
