I support approving this proposal. Surry Hills already needs more housing space and this proposal increases the Gross Floor Area of the site by 21%. Moreover, it would improve the quality of the building as many local terraces are in dire need of renovation.
Approving this proposal would let a household for whom the existing building is too small and/or old live in the area, and I look forward to having them as neighbours.
