55 stories seems a bit over the top for Adelaide. Are you sure this is correct.
Can you please amend if different ??

55 storeys??? You really can't be serious???
Can there please be a lot more detail to this please?
I thought that Adelaide had restrictions of height......

    55 stories?

This does not fit into the Adelaide skyline in anyway being almost twice as high as anything we currently have.
It is not needed as we don't have a fast growing population.

It will look like a long finger pointing into the sky.
    Ugly

Wonderful Development. Can't wait for this to start. It will revolutionize our skyline and begin a new era of construction for the city of Adelaide. This has been needed for far to long. A big thank you to JWDT Group for choosing Adelaide for their development.

Wow, if it is true, it will be great, the city do need to develop higher buildings and that is what CBD for, people don appreciate it, just live in the suburbs. I support higher building, not 300 or plus, as it is environment friendly and benefit the economic, especially for Adelaide it do need more investment to create jobs and uplift the skyline.

What 55 story building is what Adelaide needs!?! We only need the first one in order to give the green light for the rest of developers to get the green light.
This is all regardless of what we want the city to look like and represent for the people who actually live here and not the ones who do not have a residential commitment - just another investment building !!

Great to see! The Adelaide skyline changing like this so rapidly is a symbol of confidence and strength. I hope the design is unique and fitting for what could be out tallest building for a little while at least.

A 55 storey development anywhere in Adelaide is not only totally out of context with the fabric of Adelaide, it is not what we the people want - or need! Developers have too much sway in Adelaide and State Govt's. of any persuasion must be more answerable to the people to ensure the quality of living here is not totally destroyed.

As long as it's a nice design, I don't care about height. People who care about height forget that we live and work in a central business district... not a suburb.

Has this been approved? it should have been assessed by now.

Hoping this application is approved. It is a terrific sign of confidence in the city and as usual on completion will prove the naysayers wrong.
