I live around the corner from this proposed development on Phillip St. Without considering whether this proposal complied with the formal requires under the LEP, this appears to be a sensible and modest set of renovations consistent with other developments in the area. In particular, the repairs and changes to the front courtyard are to be commended and are sympathetic to the heritage character of the area. I would encourage the City to approve this application.
