As a fellow business owner on Crown Street this could not be a more welcome proposition. The more outdoor dining the better. Can we please just make sure the residents are aware they live in a 'Mixed Use' area and not a Purely Residential area. Unreasonable sound complaints should result in the loss of complaining privileges.
