The corner of such a busy intersection in a residential neighbourhood is not the right place for a child care centre. Please show some thought and care for the neighbours who bought their properties in a residential area and do not covet to have a commercial development on the other side of their fences.

This is very much needed in this area, once the traffic lights come in it will make a difference, Im a local and more updates need to be made to improve the service for here like this. Growing families are in need of great locations in close proximity to montrose primary
