This planning application will mean that there will be new units on the property from Pt Nepean Rd to Rosemore Rd Rosebud. Rosemore Rd currently has a lot of owners corporations/units. It is a very narrow street and the through traffic is growing. Parking particularly at the Parkmore Rd end from November to April is becoming and issue with cars parked down both sides of the road which leaves a very narrow road for cars to move through. No 8 - 10 has a no parking sign outside the property. No 4 - 6 are thinking of requesting the same albeit we would like to see the large nature strip changed so that cars can park off the road. Cars park on the grass in this street a lot. The planning permit for 759-761 Pt Nepean Rd ncludes amendments to the parking usually required. Does that mean that there will be no onsite parking for visitors? Or reduced on site parking? This we believe would impact on Rosemore Rd which struggles now. As a presentative for the committee of the Owners Corporation #44874, 4-6 Rosemore Rd I am taking the road issues up with the council for better parking arrangements the issues of the through traffic before any building is commenced at 759-761 Pt Nepean Rd.
