As a resident of Winyard Drive of 50yrs, I find that the extent of, what I deem as, over the top, for another, 5 dwellings to be constructed, in such an narrow and extra busy street not at all progressive. We wish, also to call the Councils attention to the absolute horror of the parking which will occur in the street.. Also as a nearby resident, I have not be notified by the authorities of this submission

Winyard drive is ridiculously overdeveloped. Council are crazy if they approve more development, oh an very inconsiderate to existing residents.
I now avoid driving along Winyard Drive as there is not much room to drive safely with cars parked on both sides it is getting quite dangerous. It would be insane to allow more developments to happen. In this already crowded road.
It is busy street. Should not permit to build more property in this street.
Mooroolbark is a up and comming growing suburb.. its moving on with the times as the density flows from Melbourne out.
With the new kinley estate comming along with over 3,000 homes I dont believe the 5 extra dwellings will effect the area or winyard drv and would be a boost of local economy for local mooroolbark businesses and schools ...
The parking is all ways a issue any where with meny dwellings on a street as it's just part of living in a busy suburb.
Obviously Chris you do not live on or near Winyard Drive. We are looking at not only this 5 dwelling application but there is already something like 30 plus constructions in the street....As for the Boost to the area, you try and find a car park in the shopping centre and I guess there will have to be another school built to accommodate the Kinley Estate population....
