There were over 25 objections to this original application. This timing is quite convenient to avoid detection given the amendment is not sent to the original objectors. The large group of objectors would like to ensure that opportunity to object to this amendment is provided adequately given the impending Xmas period with many people away. There is an addition of a pool changes to the fence additions to the terrace that raised concerns yo begin with.
Please advise timing and objection process given this has already been to VCAT.
