Interesting how the building has never actually operated as a restaurant. As a function centre it does not benefit the local community other than create noise and traffic and does nothing to support local businesses due to irregular hours or use for the local residents. It should be required to trade as a restaurant or cafe with function capabilities. It also needs to consider requirements of foreshore access with the NSW Government’s missing harbour foreshore links and the pending redevelopment from the neighbouring Google DA.
