Dear Sir/Madam,
this application fundamentally strikes at the heart of our Parkville community by trying to rezone a residential/education area into a commercial area. It is not in compliance with the council's own planning guidelines for a heritage area, is fundamentally flawed in many areas of its assumptions, has many technical errors in the data submitted plus will impose a massive increase in traffic volumes for our neighborhood.

In summary, this application cannot be allowed to proceed. Redevelopment of the site to modernise the building as it stands and zoned for is encouraged and welcomed, the Parkville community love this building.

My wife and I would like to request a meeting with the relevant authorities within the council to discuss this issue prior to the council giving any further consideration to the matter.

Respectfully yours

John Sullivan..
