There must be NO reduction in the MINIMUM standard car parking requirements; especially on a road like Loongana Ave. Residents lives should not be made more difficult every single day to maximise developers profits. This includes the residents who will buy/rent these properties.
The full MINIMUM requirement of car parking is the established, minimum for multi-dwelling developments.
It is ridiculous how often the MINIMUM standard car parking requirement is asked to be reduced. Council must understand that they have the support of current (and future) residents to enforce these MINIMUM standard car parking requirements.
If the block of land is not large enough for what the developer wants to build, then it is not the block of land to build it on. Buy a different, larger block of land.
