Section 96(1A) modification of approved development for the erection of balcony fronting Cowper Wharf Roadway in association with licensed 'Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel'. The proposed amendment seeks to modify Condition 5(d) to remove the requirement that during the use of the balcony, the windows facing the balcony shall be kept closed at all times and remove Condition 5(e) which requires that on any night in which entertainment is occurring on the first floor, any balcony shall not be used and the access door shall be kept locked.
