Section 96 (1A) modification of approved use of the first floor function room and ground floor for entertainment in association with licensed 'Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel'. The proposed amendment seeks to remove Condition 2 which requires that on any night in which entertainment is provided on the first floor, any balcony shall not be used and the access door shall be kept locked.
