Only concern is local infrastructure. One road in and out to Karalee. Another alternative is required. Once an accident happens on the Motorway Karalee stops. Unfortunately these accidents are happening more often. More houses more cars, more families. As the area is growing a local high school is in a big demand. Is ICC taking these needs in consideration.

Marion is 100% correct. 1 road in and out is an issue and the quality of the road needs to be upgraded. Junction Rd is very rough.
A high school is required within the next 5yrs as this area is growing very fast.
Expansion is welcome as long as money is spent on infrastructure
