Proposed outdoor seating on the Trouton Place footpath associated with the Signorelli Gastronomia section of the Doltone House venue. The proposed outdoor seating will consist of 9 tables and 18 seats operating between 8.00am and 9.00pm 7 days a week. A new awning, signage and footpath paving on Trouton Place are proposed that will be associated with this outdoor seating. The application also proposes alterations to the Doltone House loading arrangements. Specifically 3 car parking spaces on Trouton Place are proposed to be converted to loading zone, and it is proposed that Doltone House be permitted to use this for loading and unloading purposes. Lastly, the application proposes to allow vehicles to be displayed within the Doltone House venue during events.
