I think that before their application is granted they should pay all taxes that they still haven't paid, over 100k.
Please save the property from development, is one of the last little gem in the area it will be ashamed to replace all this beautiful source of life and oxygen with gray cement.
I am deeply concerned about the demolition of these beautiful trees as they support the lives of many organisms. Trees are used for food, shelter, and sites for reproduction. Many animals also use trees for resting, nesting and for places from which to hunt or capture prey. Many different types of wildlife depend on trees for food, water, cover, or places to raise their young.
