This development will create an impossible stress on the already totally inadequate infrastructure, in particular the traffic situation in the street. With the ill considered Meadowbank Education Precinct due to open next year, development must cease in this area. Shepherds Bay provides an underutilised but sufficient number of commercial opportunities. No more are needed until something is done about infrastructure.

I oppose this development on the basis that the current infrastructure is already shown to be inadequate as documented in many other DA's and the impact of both the education precinct as well as the unresolved future development opposite to this site is unknown.
While I don't oppose a commercial focused revitalization of Railway rd and the Station, it is prudent to wait until infrastructure catches up with the growth of the suburb before approving anything.
With all due respect, this is a most unsuitable site for yet another building. The area is congested enough as it is with large volumes of traffic, inadequate parking for the train station and other public transport. This area has been overdeveloped and definitely does not need another building. I also agree with the two previous comments regarding infrastructure. Please consider the people who live in this area and fix these before allowing any further developments!
