My concern is the extra traffic and availability of parking that this will generate. We have seen over the years the huge amount of extra traffic and thorough fare that has been caused by first the extra dwellings at the area of Bay street, Begonia and Myrtle St. As wells as the large amount of appartments opposite the school on pages st./Holloway st.

I am an owner in the street. This is a HOUSE street there is plenty of empty units just over the road at Eastgardens.
An eye sore like that is not needed in a HOUSE filled street

This is a quiet residential street I live in , on street parking is necessary for the existing residents ,you cannot take away peoples homes ,peace ,parking and expect us to be put into a put up and shut up, with extra traffic ,less parking , cutting down of trees ,we are families that live here ,16 car spaces for the residents and staff of 33 units is a joke , not to mention where are the residents of the homes who have lived there for decades and the disabled or senior people who have known this place most of there life going to go ? we all bought here because of the serenity of parks , close school and doctors surgery,a great place to raise a family that is peaceful with close knit neighbors ,the impact has not included the residents of Dalley Ave and Banksia Street, and turning Page street into a busier thoroughfare - it will devalue our lifestyle and home value - reconsider a site closer to a hospital area
