OBJECT:
This is a battle-axe block. Zero consideration has been given to neighbouring properties. Who would want a house to look in on their property? losing all privacy and not to mention sunlight. Florida Gardens has height limit for a reason and this is why people want to reside here. We should stick to low density guidelines. This will be a 3 level towering monstrosity which if approved will change family ambiance and open the floodgates for other developers to move in on Florida Gardens, just for profit!
