Why is that time and time again the photos accompanying the applications don’t match .
These photos are in fact the back of the building at 5 Avoca st South Yarra. .
The unfinished building at 17,19 & 21c
has been left unfinished and an eyesore on Avoca st .for the last 2 years
You have to wonder if it done on purpose to confuse and not show the building in its correct light
