What is the desire to squeeze properties onto every last bit of land in the foothills? Most people live in single storey homes in Knox. I want to maintain the leafy suburban feel of the foothills. Some people may prefer to downsize, but this is not downsizing property, just land.
I propose that two single storey units are built, or only one double storey unit.
Then there is still green space for residents, pets, and native animals and birds. Land is not just for us - it is habitat for our wildlife.
