Very small block to fit a 22 storey office block. Where will tenants and workers park? Introducing 250+ workers when there is no adjacent parking opportunities will further clog the narrow and already stressed streets of Southbank. This coupled with the fact that very recently completed office developments in the Moray St area remain under utilised with many vacant office spaces.
