We have concerns about the 2 levels of Parking on the Southern side of the building which we have now been told will be open to public parking as the lights and noise will have a massive impact on the living and bedrooms of the residents of 199 Surf Pde. We feel they could be blanked off on the inside to help eliminate this problem.
