Existing permit allows: Construction of a six storey building comprising shops and dwellings above a basement car park, use of the land for accommodation (dwellings), reduction of associated shop and visitor car parking requirements and waiver of loading bay requirements Proposed amendments: The Planning Permit preamble modified to delete the reference to visitor car parking. Changes to the conditions of the Planning Permit as follows: The deletion of Conditions 1o and 1x; and Modification of Condition 6, including the deletion of the visitor car parking rate. Changes to the endorsed plans to show: Reduction in total car parking from 97 to 75 car spaces, reduction in the size of Basement 2 and modifications to the layout of both basement levels; Reduction in basement bicycle parking from 26 to 22 spaces; Minor changes to the layouts of several apartments and common areas; Deletion of the western end of the front canopy; The relocation of the substation and gas meters; The addition of a pedestrian ramp to Tenancy 2; The addition of paving to the open space areas of three ground floor apartments; The deletion of some internal fences on the western side of the overland flow path area; Changes to the planter boxes and external screen details of several apartments; The relocation of air conditioner condenser units from the roof to apartment terraces and balconies; The services platform on the roof increased in size and its screen height increased from 1100mm to 1400mm; Some roof areas changed from metal deck to concrete with a waterproof membrane; Adjustments to the Materials Board; and Changes to the front, side and rear elevations of the building associated with the above changes.
