10 is excessive. Has due consideration be given to room to replace vegetation. Intensive development needs to be balanced with green space. So important for mental health and general well being.

10 units on that site is rediculous! It’s a busy area and there is insufficient parking on site. Stop over developing Mooroolbark. Listen to the residents. Enough already.

Surely 100m2 each unit is ridiculous!
Can’t wait to see the plans for this, I imagine they’re poorly designed!
