Council should consider removing % of space set aside for business premises in construction and allow for additional car parking spaces. If you look around now. How many commercial sites are empty on these types of buildings and in general in the Wollongong CBD. Our roads have no parking spots as it. You are letting all these buildings rise up but yet it seems as if no thought parking and traffic flow. You are narrowing and turning them into one way streets. For cyclists that don't even you them. Goodness knows how much you have spent on that. You could have spent money to revamp some of the parks and playground within the area or improved pathways to benefit the greater population of Wollongong. Disappointed
