Good afternoon,
The applications on this property 72 Fitzroy st would be numerous.
I phoned the council today and was advised a decision has still not been made regarding the zoning of 72 Fitzroy.
Given the time this has been pending I would hope the council sees their way to adjust the zoning to have the property’s completed.
We are at 70 Fitzroy, and do not want a business approved. That means any type of business could begin trading from there.
There are a lot of reasons, mainly parking, traffic & further noise.
I would hope the Mayor might step in and take some action on this matter.
