25 Myers Street, Sans Souci NSW 2219

Dear officer,

This is the owner of 23 Myers Street. Although we are happy to see the development of our neighbourhood, I would be grateful if you could consider our view of Kogarah bay, which would influence our living and the value of the house. I would be grateful if the proposed tree on the front, i.e., the PC (11 meters tall), could be moved to the back so that we could at least have a peek at the water.
BTW, in the landscaping plan, a tree, i.e., the TL at the corner of the backyard, has not been specified. We are keen to know what tree it is.

(In addition to my previous comment) While we warmly welcome a new modern home being added to the neighbourhood, the proposed overhanging balcony of 25 Myers st would block most of our bay view from our second floor and adversely impact our property value. We would really appreciate if an alternative design could be considered to change the proposed balcony facing Myers St to have same setback as the main building (6.4m) to avoid this impact so we can all share this beautiful view together.
