I am the direct neighbour across from this division(number 24 Stradbroke avenue Plympton park.). I am not happy about the division of 1 into 3 housing allotments. Currently there is not enough parking for the owner of Number 17 Stradbroke Avenue Plympton Park, and they often park a car on the road in front of Number 19. The owner of Number 17 is also the owner of Number 19 looking to split the property into 3.
There will be insufficient parking to cater for this subdivision. And they will ultimately park in front of our house. Dividing into 2 properties will allow for more parking in front of their proposed dwelling.

Also the split of land size into such a small land size will not promote long term occupants and will lead to lack of community due to high turnover of owner or renter. Additionally there will be lack of Street appeal in this division. We bought our house in 2009, and care for what our street look like and how the neighbourhood feels.

I cannot make a strong enough point that this development is not in the interest of the occupants in the street. If you would like further reassurance about this you could contact houses 22 and 26 stradbroke Ave.
