Hi team, what would be the proposed plans for directing this increased flow of traffic this would create? There is a new estate being opened around the corner (entrance to goss drive and Collingwood drive) the traffic is horrendous already in the peak times and this would create quite a lot more. So are there any proposals re the infrastructure surrounding this building and along Collingwood Drive to minimise congestion and increase flow for residents?
so if woolies was to extend on this property, can't see much difference, I can not understand the anti go ahead for our suburbs same as Maccas.
So if any more businesses want to set up here are you going to say NOT IN MY SUBURB
be glad that the opportunities for our young people to be able to find employment.
Great idea, more employment for the area. The traffic needs to be looked at. The dramatically increased housing in the area and more retail is going to make it even more difficult to move in and around Collingwood Park. Collingwood drive should be made into 2 way drive each way to help with the flow especially at peak hours.
NO!!!
We've already had people hit our fence coming out of this complex. To have a 24hr McDonald's will be horrible. Traffic all day and all night coming out of there making noise/speeding all night.
The rubbish from McDonald's will make the suburb untidy and the smell will be a horrible on clothes on washing lines.
To have something like this is such a small community will look out of place, there's already a McDonald's in Redbank Plains and Booval we don't need another one! Get a job there!
No. Are you really serious? McDonalds needs more car spaces away from established housing. Move it to the unsold lots in Forest View. The lots on fault lines with mining influence you council like approving for the developers with no consideration of humans.
