It appears the development has far to much bulk for the location without suitable setback, additionally driveway access is impedes access to home directly opposite.
In keeping with Berwick township the development should be limited tom2 dwellings which given the corner site will allow independent access.

I agree with you Gary.

But I’m sure the developer bought the property with the approval from Casey of the 3 dwellings. Amazes me as to why there’s a planning application.
