My property in Cobham Road is adjacent to this property and I am worried this will further overlook my property and impact on the surrounding properties, The two double storey dwelling at the rear of my property (no 9) overlooks every part of the yard from the ground level as well as the street and the units opposite and impacts on the street. The double storey in 7 Rotherwood has the potential of overlooking my property and all properties surrounding it in Cobham Road. It is to be noted that due to steep gradient even the ground floor is much higher that the property in Cobham Road that it overlooks the whole yard.
It would be appreciated if you consider the impact a double storey will have and there will be ample room to screen the building naturally with trees. Also note that due to the steep gradient there is water drain off that affects the lower properties in Cobham Road and a number of streams and creeks ran through the property. Please also note that there will be the second block with two stories on the northern side of Rotherwood and consider the landscape where the potental for each block in the street to be multi-storey development.
