Concerned that as a resident living in the building that this restaurant is in, we have not been notified of this request in order to raise feedback or concerns to NSW ILG. Would have expected the restaurant to consult with those who live directly ABOVE it!
Also note that the applicant still has an application for licence transfer pending and therefore how can any comments, concerns or restrictions be considered in this request when outcome information is not available.
