I would prefer we don't have apartments where the dance school was. We are already having problems with people parking their cars over our driveway, I can only imaging how much worse it will be with apartments on the corner of my street.
There are already enough apartments in the area.
Also puts people off buying houses in our street, which will devalue my property.

This plan doesn't suit the streetscape, will add unnecessary congestion to a busy street that is often used as a thoroughfare from Bell St. The underground parking should be sufficent for the number of bedrooms available as a bare minimum, plus additional on-street parking for the proposed businesses. Please consider the current residents and community needs before approving such an overdevelopment in a narrow suburban street.

I’ve been a resident in this area for 25 years. This development should not be approved without sufficient car parking spaces beneath the building. This intersection is dangerous. Many people running through the stop sign and also unable to see oncoming cars due to other cars being parked on the street. With 19 units, 3 shop dwellings and inadequate car parking, it’s a recipe for disaster. I don’t know how many near misses I’ve witnessed when the ballet school was operating. It’s a miracle that no one has been killed. I have had my immediate family members involved in an accident at that same intersection. Despite the fact that a building of this nature will destroy the streetscape, the impact on the area will be terrible. One only has to look at the congestion on Ohea street near Cumberland Road. Difficult to drive down the street. Not enough ample parking with a multi unit site and an aged care facility next door, along with the multiple units down that street. This development must not be approved.

As a resident of Pascoe vale and currently living near these proposed dwellings. I am very disappointed. I believe that this is very inappropriate. I have witnessed members of the public running through stop signs, with also witnessing many near misses. This area is also already very populated. By allowing these units to go ahead, this would create even more congestion and potential harm to our community which would be absolutely devastating. Please consider the safety of your residents, as this is just not appropriate for this street and should not be approved.
