This should get knocked back as they where operating that buisness well before applying for this application. Also traffic is bad along that section of browns Rd. Also it will attract more foxes and snakes to the area which could damage the local wildlife even more especially being in the green wedge. And the small that will come from it to. It's not needed

I strongly am opposed to this planning permit request
I live virtually across the road and the smell at various times will not be acceptable
This area is not amenable to this sort of permit, it is a densely populated housing estate and the noise from the poultry and the smells are not what the area needs
If the proposal is to sell the produce from the property then the traffic entering and leaving the site will be dangerous and will only add to the huge increase of vehicles on Browns Rd
I strongly recommend this planning permit be rejected

There is already a free range egg business at this location?! I am opposed as the traffic is bad enough now with excessive cars and trucks using it as a thoroughfare. Traffic is held up already as cars/trucks enter the driveways along that stretch. Don’t need more traffic! It is also detrimental to the wildlife in the area with the attraction of foxes etc. I don’t know what the smell would be like but this may also be a consideration for the neighbours.

I'm all for it,
Good luck to them hopefully they open up a chicken shop there and we can buy fresh from them.

I appose to another chicken farm on Browns Rd.
We don’t want the smell that it produces. We have enough snakes and foxes in this Green wedge. The area needs improvement it looks run down enough.
Botantic Ridge looks beautiful compared to Cranbourne south looks!

As long as it is going like it has been going I say go for it. I have not smelt any foul smells. In fairness to the owners of the property it is a rural piece of land. And designed for just such application. As long as they are not looking to put up big chook sheds. And it is just free range chickens. Let’s let farmers be farmers. If you choose to live next to the airport you have to know that there will be airplanes flying over your head. Just like if you move next to a farm you have to understand there will be farm animals.

This is an existing business that provides a great service to the community, as such we need to promote their business not restrict it. Humane egg production that benefits the locals. This was a farming area long before the residential growth and I hope this application gets approved.

This business has been operating well and I have not noticed any impacts either environmental or traffic that can be attributed to this business. Good luck to them on their expansion.

This chicken farm has been there much longer than us Everyone who bought close to it knew what to expect I like to support local business and I use dynamic Lifter on my garden which smells a lot worse Good luck to this local business

This is a great local business that is supplying the freshest of true free range eggs to the community. They don’t just see their chickens as a business, but as part of their family and care for them in this way. I have walked past the property most days and only knew they had chickens when the sign went up to advertise their eggs for sale. There has been no congestion, smells or noise of chickens at all, and they are towards the back of their property. Businesses like this should be supported and encouraged.

I am all for this business. I have never noticed any smell or odours coming from this property. As for snakes and foxes, they have been around this area, for a long time and I can't say I have seen an influx in the past 3 to 5 years.
