The original DA was for the Stratta subdivision of 2 existing Terraces at 5 & 7 Coal st Islington, for determination/Construction of a fire wall between the two existing properties, after wall cladding was stripped off, it was determined that the existing 2 storey section & Kitchen has a masonary brick dividing wall (60/60/60 fire rating) .The single story rear of the dwellings -existing bathroom & dining was in very poor condition, requires a new Concrete slab, wall Framing & continue exist roof line.
