Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - We have not extended or changed the size of the house, the only major changes are internal and as for external, it's just the larger doors. 1. We would like to extend the lounge window and doors to be flush with the patio and delete the patio, we are not extending the building at all just moving the windows in line with the end of the patio and making them full height. 2. We would like to move the ensuite, powder room and laundry into the second bedroom of the existing house and open the space to have a larger living room. The intention is to have fewer rooms and more open space. The only change to the outside of the building is making a large bifold door that opens into the small courtyard instead of 2 windows. 3. Level 1 we would like to reduce the number of bathrooms to 1 and make a small study nook. I have shown these plans to our neighbour at 49 Barry Street, we have a great relationship and they endorse the changes
