Hello. This is unnecessary development. The area is already unable to service the existing population, and there is already significant development in the area underway, which will further burden the current infrastructure.

Moreover, there isn't the demand for this. The area is struggling to attract people to existing vacancies, let alone what is currently being built.

The area is already heavily over-constructed and loosing the feel of that made it a great place to live. Local residents are experiencing heavy construction fatigue and over development.

This development should be put on hold until further analysis of the need is undertaken. Local residents should also be considered.
