Regarding the potential for flooding in this are, there is a gully at the rear of my property 95 Leitchs Rd South which was originally continuous from 79 Leitchs Road South to John Leitch Memorial Park. I am of the understanding that pipes are to be or are being laid in this gully and stormwater from the development will drain into this gully, which will create a potential for flooding. A house on the corner of Max Court is built over this water course which also has the potential to cause flooding. The recent flooding events has already caused water to bank up of water onto the property on the Corner of Stewart Road and onto Leitchs Rd in that area. I have lived in the area since 1984. The gully was then a natural water course which has now been interfered with and has the potential for flooding. How many natural water courses were altered causing the recent floods
