234 Bridge Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207
- Description
- This request is for a planning permit for the proposed installation of solar panels on the roof of the property at 234 Bridge St, Port Melbourne. The only panels visible from the street will be those proposed to be installed on the roof of the bedroom on the corner of Bridge and Little Durham Streets. The installation of panels in this location is required due to the nature of the property's roof line and to maximise the number of panels in, and viability of, the system (see advice from Smart Energy Answers, proposed provider). These panels will be visible only to pedestrians walking along Bridge St in a south-easterly direction and only for a short period as they approach and traverse Little Durham Street. The proposed panels are Hyundai 390W shingled cell - HiE-S390VG (35mm frame) - All black chosen to minimise the visual impact and to blend in with the dark-grey colouring of the roof (see link below and proposal attached). https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.acsolarwarehouse.com_products_hyundai-2D390w-2Dshingle-2Dsolar-2Dmodule-2Dhie-2Ds390vg-2Dblack-2Dback-2Dsheet_&d=DwMFaQ&c=JnBkUqWXzx2bz-3a05d47Q&r=m6fLCs1afXEeV8oFUC9HQu2osfzvHUXNGFIPfWIQNOE&m=HGEaFIhQ1p_3UfpZETHdrSJ1do0V97cJfhrLbNj5Tos&s=DszJdLaG9SNp2n-meMHDmOc_ysVDLqeNYxLH71gTGxc&e=
