I know Edward St. well and I strongly oppose any alteration to this property. It was built in about 1880 and is lovely. It adds to the character of Norwood. I hope it looks just the same twenty years from now. The government are already treading upon very precarious electoral ice. If they allow this property to become 2 story they will lose votes in Norwood. The votes will be lost because they will show themselves to be disinterested in preserving the charm of Norwood.
