Client wishes to re-clad with new steel cladding: Archclad Cliptray 48. Refer attached proposed elevations. 2. Propose to amend the second floor roof along the master walk in robe area due to roof leakage. It is proposed to straighten up the angled facade to this area on both north and south elevations to make the roof line up with the existing roof along the master bedroom and have the roof fall to existing box gutter. 3. Propose to enclose the existing balcony to make it a usable space within the Master bedroom. This will make it usable as a master retreat. Refer to second floor proposed plan and elevations.
