NO PENRITH COUNCIL!
You guys are not thinking of the residents of the area!
NO PENRITH COUNCIL it's right down the road from St Dominic's!
NO PENRITH COUNCIL Remember there is a Council election in September!

I realise developers/Council want boarding houses in/around Penrith but I agree this is not a good site for such a development being too close to St. Dominic’s. The parking is also a problem around this area and the fact that it boarders Parker St which is very bush is also a concern. There is also a problem with parking in the area with the streets around the area are already overcrowded.

I am disappointed that yet again another possible boarding house is being considered. There are more then enough boarding houses in Penrith we dont need more. Penrith City Council needs to start thinking about the community and actually listening to residents and put a stop to these developments.
