This development is excessively increasing the SEPP density in Laitoki Rd. There remain fire safety, environmental issues, no infrastructure, no consideration of traffic and noise issues and an over concentration of high density on one road. Please decline further SEPP applications on Laitoki.

We already have this kind of facility here in Terrey Hills and do not need another.
The township is not able to safely accommodate another high density living space due to the high risk of fires and lack of infrastructure.
I do not support this application nor any others of similar nature for this area.
