The traffic along this road is already very congested at peak times onto Diamond Jubilee Road. Until a thoroughfare is completed via Lamington Road/Anzac Avenue this development should not be commenced.

This development should plan for vast amount extra car parking / visitor car parks to the complex.
Car parking on streets is a major problem with medium density developments like this.

Green space should also be protected to add aesthetic appeal of the area.
